Our company's history dates back to 1979, when company founder David Guthals was a college student. He began spinning tunes for the school's dances and in local nightclubs. Eventually he was requested to play for wedding receptions, class reunions, and school dances. Dave then started his own production company, and also began a career in radio, adopting the name "Dave Lewis."

As Dave's radio career blossomed, so did "Party Incorporated," his DJ company. In 1993, Party Incorporated became a multiple DJ system company and hired other talented disc jockeys to perform at parties. In 1997 Party Incorporated became "All Star DJ," to better reflect the level of professionalism attained by the company's talented staff.

All Star DJ currently has a network of talented DJ's all over Kansas and performs at several hundred events each year. The company provides music entertainment for weddings, schools, reunions, fairs, corporate events, and nightclubs. The entertainment lineup now includes several levels of DJ systems, Big Screen Video parties, Karaoke, Trivia Contests, Corporate Olympics, and the "Game Show Road Show."

In 2001, All Star DJ opened a full time office in Manhattan. The office includes an audio production studio for recording radio commercials, script narrations, and telephone "messages-on-hold."
